The simple truth


Some people might say. Why give them away? Or Why necklace pendants? They also might as me or advise me. You really need and should be selling your stuff. 

The simple truth is... im not sure. Im not sure where, what, and even how my craft will evolve. I still to this day, struggle putting a monetary value on my work. Yes, there is research and competition, formulas and more to answer the logistical questions. The truth is.. A business adventure is not in the foreseeable future. Because with that adventure come more work, stress, and functional headaches. Factors currently I have no interest in. 

Some people still say "I would get big on tiktok." Trying to manage my current accounts, come up with ideas, make the ideas, edit the content, and be consistent about it. Is ridiculously hard enough. It's also very easy to get brain fog, rabbit hole stress. Were you loose your creativity, and bravery of see what my happen. Because your so stressed about "your next idea" for which you couldnt come up with. 

I also have found it a little ridiculous the amount of "advise" others have made. Which you really dont know if it will work. And if it will work for the long haul. 

Don't get me wrong. It might be true for "going big". However, I believe in being authentic, human, and writing my own way.

I am a firm believer in my dream. Helping the average person have the potential of obtaining a cherished treasure. I believe in the power of the speachless moments. I believe my necklace pendants can be a reminder to the person who wears it to breath. A reminder they are courageous, loved, and strong enough to learn and make it to the next step.

I had no idea, no plan, but didn't let that stop me

            Over the past few weeks as you probably could tell I haven’t carved anything new since completing the clock and redoing the other clock. Yes, I still have been creating from painting. Which I can say has been exciting in its own way. It was fun to have a different change of pace and use a different tool. Yes, my knowledge is still limited for how paint works and especially in the way of color theory and how to blend different colors. I am pleased with the result of what I was able to paint. Despite the limited knowledge I have “I didn’t let it stop me.” I do believe this is the bigger lesson which carries the greater value. My name is Kami. About 3 years ago I was feeling lost, confused, and stuck. I was just going through the motion of life. I knew something was missing but did not know what.
