Project stagging
For Christmas I got a treasure box and other things to help stage my work for there "photo shoot." I can honestly say that I have no idea what I am doing. But then again "I had no idea what I was doing" when I started wood carving. However, despite things not being perfect and there is a learning curve. Its fun to try and see what things I can come up with. Its also fun learning and adding new tools to my tool box. It does help with the phrase "I don't know, lets find out." And "its not perfect, but I'm giving an honest effort." Learning is of course a challenge, and exhausting sometimes. I don't strive for instant perfection I strive for progressive, positive progress. I strive for honest effort and the treasure of the journey. Because it takes investment before perfection is possible. I of course am still trying to figure out what "perfect and perfection" is because each project, idea, is an independent adventure with there own challenges.
